Filing a Complaint: Customers having any grievance against Trackk may write to support@Trackk.in or speak to the executive on 8097963603 giving details of the issue along with supporting documents, if any.

In case their grievance is not resolved in 7 days then they may escalate by sending their mail to escalations@trackk.in.

If after 7 days of escalation also the grievance is not resolved then they may further escalate to the compliance officer on the email id compliance.officer@trackk.in

The complainant shall have the option to take up the matter with SmartODR/SEBI SCORES also
