Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) will be levied on a monthly pro-rata basis. Individual account holders will be eligible for a waiver of AMC until the end of the financial year in which the account is opened.

GST and other applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing statutory rates, on an actual basis.

Charges and service standards are subject to revision at the sole discretion of Trackk. Any such changes will be communicated to the customer in advance via email, SMS, or any other appropriate notification method.

The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to partially or fully waive any charges. The Management also reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or discontinue any account, if deemed necessary, subject to prior intimation to the customer.
